Westshore Community Development Corp. is proud to present current and upcoming projects for providing affordable housing to the Westshore Business District and surrounding communities.

Westshore Landings One

WCDC has partnered with The Wilson Company, City of Tampa Housing and Community Development Division, Tampa Electric, Peoples Gas, and Palm Harbor Homes to build fifty-seven (57) townhome units as part of a Landtrust project.  Westshore Landings will be located at Spruce Street and North Clark Avenue. These beautiful townhomes are brand new modular build with vinyl siding.  They will be energy efficient and maintenance free.  Two and three bedroom units with one to two car garages are available.  Currently taking reservations on units priced from the mid $90s with additional down payment assistance available up to $60,000 for qualified buyers subject to availability.  All owners must income qualify to purchase in this community.
