The Westshore Community Development Corp. (WCDC), a 501(c)3 not for profit corporation, was formed in 2005 to promote and implement community development and redevelopment strategies within the state’s most diverse regional activity center, the Westshore business district. The WCDC envisions a diverse, self-sustaining district with an adequate supply of housing choices, where business enterprises thrive and employment opportunities exist. We are committed to promoting economic prosperity and stability, affordable/workforce housing, public safety, recreation and cultural enrichment, quality educational institutions, and health and social services for all individuals and families.
 

The Westshore Community Development Corp. has teamed up with The Wilson Company in developing Westshore Landings. Although the WCDC has only been in existence for three short years what it has accomplished with the assistance of its collaboration with The Wilson Company is quite remarkable.

As the lead developer of Westshore Landings One, we are proud to be able to offer quality affordable housing options to individuals that work in the Westshore district.
